			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Metro Vancouver’s Seymour Watershed is a large and intact wilderness area that is an example of the Coastal Western Hemlock forest that covers most of coastal British Columbia.</p>
<p>At this workshop you will learn about native plants and their individual characteristics, how they are organised into families, where you would expect to find them in a forest, and how you can use them as food and medicines.</p>
