The Autumn Fair provides the opportunity for community to come together and celebrate the season.

Events for all ages include:

As we walk in our west side neighbourhoods, many of us run the daily gauntlet of outstretched hands, from the homeless to the NGO’s.

Join author, Spring Gillard for a look at the emergency food system and the charity model and ponder: to give or not to give?

Talk to service providers and learn about food programs on the west side that cater to vulnerable populations, as well as other initiatives that help increase access to fresh fruits and vegetables for all.

Aug 15 | Picnic in the Park – The Hottest & Coolest Celebration in Kits!

Kitsilano Community Centre’s Picnic in the Park/Ice Breaker is a family event with lots of family fun!

Bouncy castle, carnival games and rides, sledge hockey puck shoot-out, 2010 Mascots, curling 3 on 3 hockey tourney, face painting, tattoos, music, winter games sports demos, bbq, interactive booths and much more!

We are offering a bike valet service (as car parking is limited) and would like families to bring a blanket to “Picnic in the Park”.
