The 54th Langara College Community Lecture series presents Andrea Smith and Dave Lidstone. Songs can empower, motivate and inspire.

They can move people to action. The effect that a simple song can have on the world is real and tangible.

“Just Duets” pays tribute to songwriters who have created music and lyrics that make you think about the ordinary and remember the remarkable, that chronicle a social attitude, a mood, a movement, an historical event, and that teach you something about the world or about yourself.

Join us for an hour of harmonies – voice, guitar and the power of a “successful” song.
