Aug 8 | West End Cultural Festival

West End Cultural Festival will be geared towards West End Community members of all ages. It will include a youth corner, childrens carnival, and seniors corner.

The purpose of the project is to gather the West Ends multi-ethnic and diverse community towards a Cultural Celebration during the summer to introduce some BC athletes from different ethnic backgrounds to share their stories with the community.

We are looking to have some sport simulators to bring the 2010 Olympic spirit and motivate youth towards the winter sports. The Winter Olympic mascots will also be invited to entertain at the childrens carnival.

Multi-ethnic food will represent the diversity in cultures of the West End.
