Bowfeast Farmer’s Market - Aug 16
August 11, 2008
Added to the events Calendar:
August 16, Snug Cove, Bowen Island
9am-Noon.
Farming? In Howe Sound? Yep, hop the ferry to Bowen Island for the second annual Bowfeast farmer’s market, on the lawn just uphill from the library, just steps from the ferry dock. We’ll have between seven and 10 of the island’s farmers on hand selling their goods, and a selection of “microfarmers” (as in home food gardeners), too.
Here’s the ferry schedule - leave your car on the mainland and take the pleasant 20 minute ferry ride from Horseshoe Bay.
